Privacy Policy (draft)
Last updated: 2026-07-14 · Applies to the hosted WireTap service and this website.
What we collect
- Account data: your GitHub identity (id, username, email) when you sign in with GitHub OAuth.
- On-chain data: public Solana transaction data for tracked programs. This is public by nature; we index and analyze it.
- SDK telemetry: send/simulate envelopes your integration submits (signatures, blockhash metadata, RPC endpoint hash/label, wallet adapter name, payer pubkey or a privacy hash if configured, error text and simulation logs).
- Billing data: handled by Stripe; we never store card numbers.
What we don't collect
- No third-party analytics, trackers, ad pixels, or external fonts on this site.
- No private keys, seed phrases, or signing material — the SDK never sees them.
How we use it
To provide the product: decode failures, classify drops, compute Landing Scores, alert you, and manage your subscription. Aggregated bot-adjusted statistics for programs may appear on the public leaderboard; program owners can opt out.
Retention
Event-level data is retained according to your plan (30 days on Starter, up to 90 on Team). Aggregates (daily scores, issue counts) are retained indefinitely.
Sharing
Infrastructure providers (hosting, ClickHouse, Stripe, Telegram for messages you route there) process data on our behalf. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
Export or delete your account data at any time; contact us or use your account settings.
Self-hosting
This policy does not apply to self-hosted instances — your deployment, your data.
